Cultivating connection to help kids, adults and families thrive
Compassionate coaching and consulting support specific to your unique needs and goals
Laura Bloom Fletcher
I am passionate about helping people thrive. A therapist by training, I supported students and families for many years as a school counselor in California and Colorado. Having my own independent coaching practice in Denver has allowed me to embrace an exciting new direction and continue pursuing the work I love.
BloomCo Connect provides coaching and consulting support for kids, adults, and families. The name of my practice reflects who I am and what I value.
Bloom is my maiden (now middle) name and a natural fit for the work I do, helping others to grow and flourish.
Co is the start of many important words that come up in my work: confidence, courage, communication, collaboration, and commitment. It signifies partnership, that we are on this journey and do this work together. Co happens to be for Colorado too, the starting place and roots of my practice.
Connect is at the core of my work. Throughout my practice, I help clients cultivate connection to self and others; within relationships, families, schools and communities. When we feel connected - to ourselves and each other - we learn, we grow, we thrive (we bloom!).
About BloomCo Connect
We can all get stuck. At every age, in any stage of life. The “stuckness” looks and feels different, but the essence is the same: obstacles in our way that keep us from moving forward (stressors, fears, barriers, blocks).
My role as a coach is not to get you unstuck, but to help you get yourself unstuck. You have what you need to do that. And yet it can feel overwhelming to do it on your own. You are not alone. I am here to be your partner, providing the support, motivation, and accountability you need to move yourself forward.
You may not know where you want to go, or you may just feel you’re not where you want to be. That is where we start. And this is how coaching can be a powerful and transformational process. It’s the work we do together, helping you take steps to remove the barriers and close the gap between you and your goals.

My approach:
Strengths-based. Built on kindness. Rooted in empathy.
I consistently infuse curiosity, creativity, humor, and joy into my work. I am present, patient, and proactive with my clients, and our relationships are built on trust and respect. My approach is shaped by my education and training, along with a depth of professional, personal, and parenting experience. As a mother myself, I am passionate about helping women, kids, and families thrive.
My experience:
Unique combination of skills: certified coach, trusted counselor, experienced educator, trained therapist, compassionate mom.
I hold a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology (Marriage and Family Therapy) from Santa Clara University and a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Middlebury College. I have worked for over 20 years supporting youth and families across a variety of settings. My training as a therapist and my extensive experience as a counselor in schools provide a uniquely valuable lens that frames my strengths-based, holistic approach to coaching. Understanding my clients within the full context of their lives - relationships, family, school, community - is essential to supporting their growth and enhancing their wellbeing.
My commitment:
Meeting you where you are. Helping you get where you want to be.
I know that finding the right support - and the right person to provide it - can be challenging and overwhelming. I am here to offer that support, and to be a resource for you and/or your child. I will meet you where you are, and we will move forward together.
